Order Processing Time


Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 7–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.


Sale/Event Periods: During high-volume periods such as sales or promotional events, processing times may extend to 10–14 business days.

Pre-Order Items: All pre-orders are subject to a 4-6 week order processing time.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery Methods


We offer domestic shipping via the following carriers:

  • UPS (United Parcel Service)
  • FedEx



Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your selected carrier and location.

Shipping Restrictions


We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories. International shipping is not available at this time.


We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for UPS or FedEx deliveries.
